The APFLBB members are mainly to be found in the traditional vegetable-growing areas of Brittany (North and South coasts) but also in inland Brittany.

Brittany, with its mild, damp climate is favourable to vegetable growing, especially typical produce such as cauliflower, artichokes, potatoes and Roscoff onions…These vegetables are grown mainly on the coast, on organic farms which specialize in vegetables.
Farther inland, farms are mixed (arable and livestock), that is to say, they raise animals (meat, mille) grow cereal crops and some vegetables.
